Mensura is an external service for prevention and protection at work (ESPP). This means that we inspire and support you to keep your employees – the driving force of your company – working better, longer and healthier.
As a specialist in prevention, safety and health, we offer you tailored advice, solutions and services, to ensure your organisation keeps running smoothly. In doing so, we pledge to go the extra mile every time, not just to check off a list of statutory tasks and obligations. In consultation with you, we set specific, measurable objectives which we then work towards in close cooperation with you.
Why and when should you join us?
As soon as you employ one person – even if not full-time – you are legally obliged to register with an external service for prevention and protection at work. After all, as an employer, you have the responsibility to ensure the well-being of your staff.
How much does it cost?
This page gives you an overview of the minimum contribution per employee. The exact amount will depend on your organisation’s core activity and number of employees.
What do you get in return?
In exchange for your fixed contribution, Mensura offers you a comprehensive basic packageof services :
- a dedicated prevention expert who answers all your questions;
- assistance in the risk analysis and in drawing up a policy plan;
- targeted proposals and suggestions on prevention measures;
- health surveillance for employees who qualify;
- the possibility to organise access to the health record for your employees;
- support with the analysis of VDU work (sector dependent);
- support in food hygiene training and the analysis of the risks related to contact with food (sector dependent);
- assistance after a serious workplace accident;
- job performance examined in the light of psychosocial aspects;
- study of the work environment (if necessary);
- motivated policy recommendations for a period of five years;
- an up-to-date online inventory of services provided.
What else do we offer?
The labour market is constantly changing due to the digitization and flexibilization of work and the increasing need for safety. That is why you can also rely on Mensura to provide you with unique tools and services such as:
- e-Coach (Dutch / French *), an online tool that allows VDU workers to immediately improve their workstation and posture;
- the SONAR method (Dutch / French *), designed to help you avoid stress and burn-outs through targeted actions;
- Return-to-work, our reintegration programme for long-term illness sufferers with guidance from start to finish;
- more than 100 practical training courses on the theme of prevention and protection at work.
