With my broad experience in psychology and human resources, combined with strong skills, I enhance well-being in the workplace. Central to my approach: building trusted relationships, listening and supporting both employers and employees.
From psychological counselling to administrative support and psychosocial risk assessment - I always try to offer a total service, tailored to your needs. My expertise in training, mediation and knowledge of IT tools guarantees smooth and efficient cooperation.
In my spare time, I enjoy singing, outdoor activities and travelling.

Expertise
My expertise includes psychosocial intervention, risk analysis and training.
Working in teams is one of my strengths. Good communication, mutual help, support and cooperation within professional relationships are central to this.
I also specialise in counselling, which is all about psychological support, psychological education, listening, kindness and empathy.
I also supervise conversations and provide follow-up. Interview techniques, history, tests, analyses and assessments/reports are part of it.
Finally, my good interpersonal skills, adaptability and flexibility are great assets in my work.
Experience
In 2018, I obtained a degree in systemic clinical psychology and took my first steps into the professional world in the field of child abuse. I then switched to human resources and well-being at work. I gained a lot of experience at Securex and since August 2024 I have been working at Mensura as a prevention advisor on psychosocial aspects. In this position, I put my expertise at the service of the health and well-being of employees.
