Expertise: psychosocial aspects

Dutch, French, English

Who am I?

As a committed prevention adviser, psychosocial aspects, I very much believe in the power of working together across a range of disciplines. I am not afraid of thinking outside the box in order to arrive at innovative solutions. And I am very happy to roll up my sleeves and support others in developing their talents.

Figure skating, swimming, playing a game of tennis in my spare time – I love the variety that each sport brings me.

You will never find a rainbow if you’re looking down." Charlie Chaplin

Expertise

With over 20 years of experience in a range of sectors – including working as a psychologist in a psychiatric hospital treating psychotics with delinquent status – I focus on a wide range of assignments.

Since 2016, I have taken up an advisory role on wellbeing in the workplace and I also support organisations in developing and implementing their prevention policies. This includes conducting risk assessments and carrying out psychosocial audits.

I also run awareness sessions dealing with behaviour that goes beyond the norm and work on stress-prevention projects handling aggression and team interventions. I also present courses for confidential counsellors and supervise intervision sessions for managers. Finally, my areas of expertise include working on psychosocial wellbeing, excessive behaviour and diversity.
