Once you understand how the quantum brain works, you can change everything about your existence."
"In 2018, I stumbled upon the book 'The Power of the Quantum Brain' by Italo Pentimalli & J.L. Marshall, and discovered how to fully harness the hidden potential of my brain."
"I saw in a flash that thoughts are the most powerful tool at our disposal. Every thought is like planting a seed for future events. In that moment, I realised how crucial it is to be aware of my thoughts because they are ultimately the designers of my reality."
“Every thought that arises in our mind creates an emotional state that directs us towards a certain decision. That decision leads to an action… and that action ultimately results in an outcome that changes our reality… and thus our lives."
"Most of this happens unconsciously: we think and act on autopilot, which means we don’t always do what we really want to. When you understand this mechanism, and change your approach to it, we can adjust every aspect of our lives to our liking."
Basic principle: Restrictive beliefs are negative thoughts that stop us from reaching our full potential. We can replace these with positive thoughts to increase our choices.
How to use: Identify beliefs that limit you in your work or skills. For example, replace "I’m bad at presentations" with "I’m getting better at presentations every single day."
Basic principle: Visualisation is a powerful tool for achieving goals. Clearly visualising what you want conditions your mind into finding solutions and realising your goals.
How to use: Take a few minutes every day to visualise your professional goals in detail. Imagine yourself successfully completing a project, closing a sale or achieving a performance goal.
Basic principle: The law of attraction states that we attract what we think about the most. Positive thoughts bring positive results, while negative thoughts attract negative results.
How to use: Cultivate a positive attitude at work. Focus on the positive aspects of each situation and look for solutions instead of thinking in terms of problems. Encourage your colleagues to do the same to create a more optimistic and productive work environment.
Basic principle: Stress and negative emotions exhaust us. In contrast, positive emotions increase our resilience and productivity.
How to use: Integrate stress management into your workday, for example, with meditation, exercise or relaxation moments.
Basic principle: Mindfulness and concentration improve mental clarity and efficiency. Being fully present in the moment promotes better decision-making and creativity.
How to use: Practice mindfulness by focusing on one task at a time and minimising distractions. Take regular breaks to refocus and use breathing techniques to stay calm and focused. Divide your tasks into specific time periods: 20 minutes of concentrated work and 5 minutes of complete relaxation (Pomodoro technique).
Basic principle: Our thoughts are influenced by the mental programmes we consume, such as culture, media, relationships and internal dialogues.
How to use: Be aware of what nourishes your mind. Choose carefully what you read, what media you follow, whom you spend time with and how you talk to yourself.
Harnessing the power of your brain starts with awareness of your thoughts and beliefs. Using these simple but effective techniques will transform your personal and professional life."
