Who am I?
My aim is to achieve continuous improvement, based on my technical expertise and the intercultural view I take of the world.
As a workplace safety prevention adviser, I have an extensive background in the electromechanical sector, specifically in high-voltage and low-voltage projects. I combine this with work experience gained in a range of managerial positions in the development of various projects and organisations.
In my spare time, I enjoy my family and often put on my running shoes. This helps me unwind, enjoy nature and clear my head. And when I’ve finished my chores at home, I also keep myself busy with online trading, doing the garden and looking after our animals.
Accidents cause pain, both physical and mental. Safety does not."
Expertise
An accident can happen so quickly. It is impossible to eliminate danger completely, but what we need to do is make people think about possible risks instead of acting recklessly. This can save a lot of misery and heartache afterwards.
With that vision in mind, my aim is to support clients. I think it is important to remain reasonable, within the boundaries of the regulatory framework, and offer tailor-made solutions. For many clients, that approach is not always obvious and I understand that.
Nevertheless, I encourage them to take responsibility and call on our know-how to support them.
What motivates me is listening to customers and offering solutions in an open atmosphere so that I can contribute to greater safety in the workplace.
