Who am I?
I have a Master’s degree in social psychology in employment and organisations. I also hold a supplementary Master’s in risk management and wellbeing at work, specialising in psychosocial aspects.
As part of my work, I place my listening skills, caring nature and advice at the disposal of employers and their workers.
Sincere caring can already work miracles."
Expertise
I joined Mensura’s team of prevention advisers, psychosocial aspects in 2023. Currently, I work mainly on requests for psychosocial intervention and analyses of psychosocial risks.
Experience
Before joining Mensura, my roles were already associated with helping to guide employers (referent for internships in a work-linked training organisation, as well as a recruitment consultant).
