Who am I?

Based on my experience in various roles within human resources, I became more interested in delving more deeply into employee wellbeing and the impact it has on the organisation.

As a coach, I have helped to guide both individuals and organisations in matters relating to resilience and mental wellbeing. Engaging in dialogue with employees and managers has been the common thread running through my career.

Since 2019, I have focused on the development of supported wellbeing and absenteeism policies in organisations. Every day, I get the opportunity to work with a team of specialists to identify our clients’ specific challenges, as well as to share my expertise and guide them as they grow towards a sustainable and positive policy on absenteeism.

I feel energised when working with people who themselves work enthusiastically in their search for achievable results.

In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog, travelling and cooking.

Expertise

I have over 20 years of experience working in human resources – for start-ups, SMEs and big international companies.

This has enabled me to build up a great deal of expertise about the strategic and operational challenges of organisations, negotiations with social partners, dealing with managers and wellbeing in the workplace. These are crucial factors in rolling out a successful policy on absenteeism.

I also coach individuals and organisations on mental wellbeing so that they can achieve their business, personal and social goals more consciously and effectively. 

My HR background and coaching skills are the ideal mix for guiding organisations as they grow towards a positive and sustainable absenteeism policy.

As a specialist in absenteeism at Certimed, I have assisted numerous organisations in a wide range of sectors over the past few years: retail, manufacturing, finance, healthcare and government. In my current role as manager of absenteeism consultancy, my job is to monitor the quality of the services we provide.
