Who am I?
After 15 years in the fitness sector – including 10 years’ running a business – I made the switch to the exciting world of prevention and ergonomics. A common thread runs through everything I do: educating and training people and giving them advice for promoting their health and wellbeing.
I have been taking this passion to the next level since 2016 as part of the team of ergonomists at Mensura. My ambition? To become an expert in providing ergonomic advice and putting policies on ergonomics in place within companies.
My hobbies? Plenty of exercise, of course. Including on skis. And I also like to spend time with family and friends.
Everything will be fine – now or later"Hallmark
Expertise
I specialise in ergonomic analysis for both control rooms and monitoring centres, as well as for office environments and industrial environments. You can also ask for my advice about lighting in an office environment and productive working from home. Early in my career, I also gained experience with movement techniques for people working in the care sector. In all of these situations, I use the power of visualisation to arrive at the best possible solution.
