Who am I?
As a committed occupational and organisation psychologist, I like to leave a positive influence behind me. Especially when the psychosocial wellbeing of employees is concerned, because that’s where my passion lies.
I provide guidance both on an individual and policy-related level. In doing so, I find dialogue, recognition, coaching and psycho-education very important.
My hobbies? Walking, cycling and crafting.

Expertise
In my practice, I focus on individual discussions and coaching, team guidance, psychosocial risk analyses, support for developing a policy on absenteeism, guidance and training on stress and resilience, training for confidential counsellors, and so on.
All of these activities are part of the overall picture for:
