Mensura and Antwerp Management School strengthen collaboration on sustainable reintegration
Mensura and Antwerp Management School (AMS) are taking the next step in their partnership, with a strong focus on research and developing practical solutions for sustainable reintegration in the workplace.

After previous successful joint research on reintegration after burnout, Mensura and AMS are further expanding their collaboration. In new research, we will analyse which elements contribute to a successful return after long-term illness. Later, we will develop practical solutions for employers to reduce sick leave.
Partnership for well-being
The partnership builds on previous research around the key role of neutral facilitators in reintegration processes. This led to the launch of the training course ‘Re-Set Facilitator: Reintegration after burn-out’ at Antwerp Management School.
Gretel Schrijvers, CEO at Mensura: “With this partnership, we combine scientific knowledge with practical expertise to help companies tackle absenteeism effectively. Together, we are building sustainable solutions to improve workplace well-being.”
