Committing to workable work? Use a workability voucher
Committing to workable work is a win-win for employers and employees. Employees stay at work longer and with more ‘appetite’, and organisations can count on driven, competent, and thus more productive employees, which improves organisational efficiency.
You can apply for workability vouchers and an increase in the SME portfolio again for this year to continue to improve workability within your organisation. That voucher will get you up to 10,000 euros in support to have a scan carried out on workability in the workplace.
What does applying for a workability voucher get you?
You can get a scan done using a workability voucher. That includes measuring stress at work, employee motivation, and learning opportunities. Following the results of the scan, you as an organisation can draw up an action plan. You can purchase advice, guidance, and/or training for adjustments to the work organisation, competence enhancement to be workable, and for a policy around mental wellbeing.
