The GDPR, or the General Data Protection Regulation, will come into effect soon. The European Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data will be directly applicable in the Belgian legislation on 25 May 2018.

In light of this new Privacy-legislation, Mensura must guarantee several obligations. After all, Mensura processes the personal data that you send to us as a controller. Our guarantees are included in our Privacy Policy, which you can find by clicking this link: mensura.be/en/privacy-policy. As an employer, you can use this Policy to inform your employees about the manner in which Mensura processes the personal data and how your employees can exercise their rights to Mensura.
