What can you expect?
The classroom-based training is a mix of theory and practice. You will be taught in small groups of no more than 15 people to optimise learning.
Continuous evaluation occurs during the course. Afterwards, you will receive the certificate of participation for designated persons recognised by the Federal Public Service Employment, Labour, and Social Dialogue (FPS WASO).
