Who am I?
As a psychologist, my focus is on promoting mental wellbeing. I support employees in their unique mental health needs and guide employers in creating an inclusive and supportive work environment for them. I make every effort to promote both individual wellbeing and the professional growth of people through empathy, understanding and personalised interventions. By doing so, we are able to build a bridge between employees with neurodivergent characteristics and their workplaces.
I enjoy times when I can get together with family and friends for a pleasant evening. I also love to travel and am always trying to discover new destinations. Whether wandering around bustling cities or discovering breathtaking landscapes and diverse cultures, travel gives me great satisfaction.
Let’s strive to achieve a working environment in which mental wellbeing is central and where everyone has the freedom to grow in their own individual way. Because by providing space for individual growth and unique approaches, we can create an environment where everyone is able to contribute to a positive and productive work culture."
Expertise
As a result of my work as a therapeutic assistant in a psychiatric hospital and as a clinical psychologist in a general hospital, I have gained experience in supervising and supporting a range of living groups. This enables me to deal effectively with different organisational levels.
If you have a moment, I’d love to tell you about my publications, ‘Does teleworking make a company attractive?’ (written for my master’s thesis in business administration) and ‘Recognising and reporting child abuse by school staff’ (for my master’s thesis in clinical psychology).
