Who am I?
Mental wellbeing is at the heart of everything I do. After an initial internship at the UZA and work experience gained as a clinical psychologist, I made the move to join Mensura’s psychosocial team. I find my job a good combination between clinical psychology and occupational and organisational psychology.
In my spare time, I love horse riding and crocheting (but not at the same time).
Life is like riding a bike. To stay balanced you have to keep moving forward."Albert Einstein
Expertise
As a psychologist, my focus is on promoting mental wellbeing, and in particular, I work intensively with employees diagnosed with autism or ADHD. I support their unique mental needs and guide employers towards creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
By employing empathy, understanding and personalised interventions, I aim to promote both the individual wellbeing and professional growth of my clients. This enables us to bridge the gap between employees who have neurodivergent traits and their workplaces.
