Harm caused to health by chemical, microbiological or physical risks is often irreversible: monitoring, knowledge and management is the key message here.
I am an experienced project leader and line manager in R&D in innovation. Hence my passion for innovative solutions focusing on the wellbeing and development of people and teams.

Expertise
I use my background in science to follow a scientific methodology: analysing problems clearly, coming up with solutions and translating them from concepts to applications. I then combine them with solid project management skills and strong people and team skills: That way I am able to create synergies between people in order to build strong teams and meet targets.
