Who am I?
Backed by my sincere commitment, my aim is to contribute to wellbeing at work by helping employees and employers to manage psychosocial risks in a variety of sectors. My professional career has included a number of rewarding collaborations in which I have seen the positive impact that my work has on the working environment.
My passions, which include martial arts, travelling, spending time with friends and historical re-enactments, create an essential balance in my life. Martial arts give me discipline and self-control, while travelling boosts my inquisitive nature by showing me new cultures. Taking part in historical re-enactment events enriches my understanding of the past while allowing me to create unique memories at the same time.

Expertise
As a prevention adviser, I draw on my keen sense of responsibility, spontaneous empathy and good listening skills, which enable me to anticipate needs in terms of psychosocial risks. Full of energy and team-oriented, I truly value working with others to establish a prevention policy of within the organisation.
My skills lie in analysing psychosocial risks and raising awareness. I also enjoy carrying out the required statutory tasks that complement these remits.
Experience
I have been a psychosocial prevention advisor at Mensura since 2023, working in the Walloon Brabant region. After completing my Master’s degree in employment psychology, I worked in the same role in the internal prevention department at Erasmus Hospital.
Degrees
I have a solid academic background behind me, with a Master’s degree specialising in Risk Management and Wellbeing in the Workplace. This specialised training comes in addition to my Master’s degree in Employment and Organisational Psychology. These qualifications enhance my skills in preventing, supporting and analysing psychosocial risks in the workplace.
