Who am I?
I have navigated my way through many professional waters, both at home and abroad. This has enabled me to develop my skills and expertise in fire safety, working at heights, machinery safety and all the technical aspects of occupational hygiene and toxicology.
In my spare time, I work as a non-commissioned officer in the fire service. But there’s also time for mountainbiking, climbing, diving, cooking and making music.
Having the right person in the right time to complete a task successfully, now that’s where the art lies."
Expertise
Use my expertise in:
- Maintenance & tooling skills (years of experience as a maintenance technician, mould-maker and trouble-shooter)
- Fire-fighting and fire prevention – both theory and practice
- Technical aspects of safety
- Conducting and reporting on measurement results in the context of occupational hygiene and toxicology
- Managing teams and intervention crews in emergencies, including as head of the rescue risk team at heights and depths
I am also an instructor at Mensura in working at heights and in enclosed/confined spaces. In addition, I am an instructor at the police and fire service school. I have presented many training courses to brigades, both at home and abroad.
