Expertise: psychosocial aspects

English, Dutch

Who am I?

We need to look beyond our own field if we really want to help an organisation. That’s why I strongly believe in taking a multidisciplinary approach.

As a generalist, I work in all psychosocial fields: undesirable conduct, alcohol and drugs, aggressive behaviour, stress and burnout. My target audience is also very varied, because my work spans a whole range of different sectors. I reach both management and all levels below them in large companies, small SMEs and the public sector.

I like spending my spare time with my family and friends. We enjoy going out to eat, travelling to find the sun and watching good films and TV series. And, most important of all, is making the most of the small things in life.

Self-knowledge is the beginning of all wisdom." Socrates

Expertise

As a prevention adviser, psychosocial aspects, I’m involved in all sorts of activities: risk analyses of psychosocial aspects, individual interviews and coaching, guiding team programmes, presenting training courses on psychosocial topics, providing policy-related support and offering tailored psychosocial advice.

My expertise lies in supporting organisations in developing in-depth psychosocial wellbeing policies. I set a clear, tailor-made course for wellbeing at work and provide coordination and advice. I also help to guide and coach employees in the event of psychosocial difficulties in the workplace.
