Who am I?
I support and guide employers and their employees in preventing and managing psychosocial risks within their organisation.
The essential qualities I bring to the projects entrusted to me include good listening and observation skills,
as well as spontaneous empathy, good attention to detail and organisational skills.
To prevent is better than to cure."
Expertise
As a prevention adviser, my skills come to the fore particularly in conducting risk analyses in a variety of fields,
as well as in the development of procedures, projects and action plans, and in numerous communications and awareness-raising activities.
Experience
After gaining my master’s degree in psychological sciences, I went into the field of prevention, completing internships as a prevention adviser with the Defence Department and the University of Namur. I then spent 5 years working in the Internal Prevention and Protection department of a local authority.
