Who am I?

I am passionate about the wellbeing of employees and aim to contribute to their success at work.
This support also promotes their sustainable employability in the long term.

I get great satisfaction out of activities such as supporting staff when they have to go through challenging interviews, as well as by organising stress prevention training courses and developing wellbeing programmes.

After I graduated in business psychology, I also qualified as a coach, focusing in particular on stress and burnout.

I love having an active lifestyle, hence my passion for climbing, running, fitness, spinning, horse riding and hiking. But I also enjoy immersing myself in books, both fiction and non-fiction. And, of course, I have a particular interest in topics such as mental wellbeing, vitality, health and nutrition.

Don't stare too much at the staircase, just take the first step."

Expertise

Cocreation can be a powerful force for promoting wellbeing in the workplace. This is what my previous work experience has taught me. When business operations, health and safety adviser(s) and HR work closely together to promote wellbeing, solutions emerge that benefit the entire organisation.

It’s inspiring to see how these different parties can join forces and combine their unique perspectives to devise measures that work effectively.

By working together, they can develop welfare initiatives that fit in well with the needs of employees and that gain immediate broad support.
