Who am I?
Problems need to be tackled at the source. That’s why I made the move from being a self-employed physiotherapist to an ergonomics prevention adviser. This has also enabled me to build up a wide array of experience on a whole range of ergonomic improvement projects in all sorts of different sectors.
In the meantime, as the person in charge of ergonomics at Mensura, I have assembled a strong team around me. My staff take my solution-focused vision and implement it with our clients.
With great results, too: in 2018, Mensura won the HR Excellence Award for the innovative approach taken to ergonomics at Carglass.

Expertise
I take an analytical approach to complex issues in a very wide range of ergonomic working environments and then implement the solution on a step-by-step basis using a project-based methodology. Consultation is vital here: with workers, on the workfloor and with management.
I go for a strong communication style. The ultimate goal is to offer more than just advice. My staff and I are committed to the practical implementation of the solutions we propose.
I am certified as a European Registered Ergonomist and play an active part in the industry working group for the VerV ergonomics association.
