Who am I?
Listening, advising and making referrals. That is my starting point for every mental wellbeing project I tackle.
As a psychosocial prevention adviser, I have built up extensive experience in a range of different HR roles.
And as a result, I see the task of establishing a balance between people and organisations as being vital.
In my spare time, I like to watch or play football myself, especially when my small sons are there.
I also like reading, gaming and cooking.
It doesn’t matter how slowly you go, as long as you don’t stop."Confucius
Expertise
As a project leader, I have managed many complex HR programmes and designed and implemented new organisational models. Effective communication and guiding stakeholders during these transition processes is imperative.
In HR-related matters, I ensure there is strong employee follow-up. I also enjoy immersing myself in the analysis of HR indicators such as absenteeism, contract hours and employee satisfaction. Finally, I like close teamwork, which is necessary if the monthly consultations with trade unions are to be successfully prepared and conducted.
