Who am I?

It was from the world of science that I entered the practice of psychosocial wellbeing. I work with organisations to build bridges between different disciplines as part of establishing wellbeing in the workplace.

My guiding principle? To listen with more than just your ears. If you give people respect, then you receive respect in return. Everything is relative.

In my spare time I like to make music and pizza.

We don’t make mistakes, we just have happy accidents" Bob Ross

Expertise

At Mensura, I manage a portfolio of large and medium-sized clients across a range of sectors. This variety enables me to offer organisations added value in finding creative solutions for the challenges facing them.

I focus on communication and transparency in order to achieve a genuine partnership with organisations. For large clients, this makes me their partner in supporting the psychosocial wellbeing of their employees.

I also draw on my own extensive experience in supervising projects on primary prevention put (rolling out policy on alcohol and drugs in the workplace, rolling out policy on preventing absenteeism, rolling out policy on resilience, etc.).

I also have expertise in supporting individual workers faced with burnout, conflict, unwanted conduct – and so on.
