Who am I?
As a graduate in physical education and physiotherapy, I have found my way into the enthralling world of prevention and ergonomics. As you might expect, I do lots of sport in my spare time.
Do what you enjoy and go for it."Alain Grootaers Expert ergonomie
Expertise
It all begins with good organisation. And it's the same thing for ergonomics. I focus mainly on office environments (and now also on hybrid working) and the care sector. There is a great need for good advice about ergonomics in the two environments, both on an employer level (ergonomics policy) and for employees (awareness and changing behaviour).
