Thanks to the updated Preventie en Interim (PI) website www.werkpostfiche.be, the Central Prevention Service for the Temporary Employment sector, you can easily fill in the workstation sheets for new temporary employees. This is important because you are obliged to fill in this form as an employer.

A workstation sheet is a legally required document for temporary employees if their employment concerns workstations with related health risks. You indicate the risks of a specific workstation and the measures you take to prevent accidents or health problems on the sheet. A risk analysis always forms the basis of such a sheet.

As an employer, you must fill in part A of the workstation sheet yourself (and not the temporary employment agency). If you do not provide the temporary employment agency with a correctly completed workstation sheet, the temporary employee simply cannot start working. The sheet also helps the employment agency to select the right candidate for the job.

What do you need to do?

1. As a client at Mensura: you can easily print out a prepared workstation sheet in the client area. All you have to do is adapt it to the specific risks for your company.

2. You can also obtain standard sheets from your temporary employment agency.

3. Use the online tool. Just make sure that you have the requisite information to hand to complete the module in full at that moment, as it is not possible to save this information in the interim.

4. Do you prefer not to work with the tool? Preventie en Interim also has a model sheet which you can download and complete in different languages.
