Timing of social elections is known

The timing of the 2024 social elections is known. The elections will be held between 13 and 26 May 2024.
You must pass on certain information to your employee, trade unions and the FPS Employment in the 150 days prior to the elections. There are also a number of formalities to be completed.
The Works Council or the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work must be installed within 45 days after the social elections if an appeal is not submitted within 15 days after the election.
